Syad Iqbal Abdulla is an Indian cricketer. He was born on 2 December 1989 in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is left handed batsman and slow left arm orthodox bowler. He plays Ranji Trophy for Mumbai team. He has a unique bowling style and he has many achievements with his skillful bowling. Abdullah is part of Kolkata Knight Riders team since 2013 and is retained by the team.
Career:
Iqbal Abdulla earlier started playing for Mumbai Club Circuit and he took 5 wickets while playing against Haryana in T20 match. Later he became part of U-19 team in the Tri-series in Sri Lanka where he became the third highest wicket taker of the U-19 team. He played very important role in U-19 World Cup tournament in Malaysia in 2008, where he took 10 wickets for 13 runs. Abdullah was leading wicket-taker in the domestic season for the year 2010-2011 while playing for Mumbai.He has been retained by Royal Challengers Bangalore for IPL 2017 season.
