Ranveer Brar, is an Indian Chef, TV host, judge and food stylist. He has been in many TV shows like Breakfast Xpress, Snack Attack, Homemade, The Great Indian Rasoi, Food Tripping and Thank God It’s Friday. He was also one of the judges in famous cooking show Masterchef India.
Career:
After his studies, he joined in Taj Mahal Hotel. In 2001, he opened a seafood restaurant ‘Morisco’ in Aguada Fort, Goa. In 2003, he was part of the newly opened Radisson Blu Hotel, Noida. He also became the youngest Executive chef at the age of 25. He then left to Boston, where he opened ‘Banq’, a Franco-Asian restaurant. ‘Banq’ has won many awards incluing ‘Best New Restaurant in the World’, by ‘Wallpaper’ magazine.
Later, he returned to India, he joined Novotel, Juhu Beach, Mumbai, as the Senior Executive Chef. Meanwhile, he has also hosted various cookery shows on Living Foodz. He has also created an exclusive menu for upcoming MTV India chain of restaurants, launched by Viacom 18. Launched a premium patisserie called English Vinglish in Mumbai, featuring Indian desserts, Cakes and breads, in the year 2016. Launched his first book ‘Come into my Kitchen’ in 2016. Currently, he is hosting ‘Global Menu’ on Living Foods channel.
