Varsha Tripathi, is a Mumbai based singer trained in classical music, Ghazals and Western music. She is also a trained Bharathanatyam and Egyptian Classical dancer. She learnt singing at the age of 3. She has sung songs in Hindi, Bengali and Tamil songs.
She has sung songs in movies ‘Lingaa’ and ‘PK’ and collaborated in the album ‘Raunaq’ featuring Lata Mangeshkar and A.R.Rahman. She has shared her experience of working with A.R.Rahman, in the world tour to be her blessing and has also described him as a perfectionist. She has also sung for numerous serial and TV commercials. Her Bollywood cover on Maiya Maiya, duaa, hasi etc has been highly appreciated by many people.
