Career:
After completing his diploma, he co-founded the Indian News Channel ‘Aaj Tak’. In 2003, he joined DD News as consulting editor. Again he joined ‘Aaj Tak’ in the year 2004, which is a leading Hindi Current affairs channel from TV Today Network. He later joined Star Plus, which is now called as ABP News and worked as news reporter and anchor for 3 years. He started his own News channel ‘India News’ in 2013 and this channel became very popular by covering the accurate information on Election related details and current affairs.
In 2013, a Media Sting Operation aired allegedly showing many leaders from AAP agreed to assist in land deals and other financial arrangements in return for money. Chaurasia was sued for defamation, by the party’s Secretary for faking the operation.
